Accommodation
Our chalets are based in Courchevel Le Praz and are all selected to provide only the most comfortable accommodation. We want your skivo2 holiday to be the most enjoyable you have ever had and the quality of your accommodation plays a crucial part in achieving this goal.
Every chalet is staffed with a chef and host.
We are delighted that our portfolio now provides en suite facilities in all of the chalets. They all have something unique and special to offer but most importantly, they are all homely and benefit from experienced, approachable staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Supported by the chalet host, your accommodation will always be spotlessly clean and well organised.
All of our chalets are equipped with television, ipod docks, CD and DVD players so please feel free to bring along a personal selection of music and films.
Wi-Fi internet it also provided free of charge in all of our chalets (except Chalet Yale).
The chalets have a no smoking policy, however, ashtrays are provided on balconies and exterior areas where appropriate. Smoking is not permitted in any other area of the chalet (including bedrooms).

From our UK office staff through to our trained chefs, experienced hosts, safe drivers, qualified nannies and professional resort management team, all are dedicated to adding to the success of your skivo2 holiday.
Service
It is skivo2 service that sets us apart and year after year we seek to improve this. After being met at the airport or train station by your driver and whisked up to resort our team are on hand to look after you and to ensure that you have the best possible skiing holiday.
When you arrive your chalet team will meet you and ensure you get settled in. Your chef and host are here to look after you during your holiday with us. Your chef will provide fabulous cuisine and, working closely with your host, will ensure that your every need is met. In the early evening, your host provides nibbles and aperitifs and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the resort, the skiing, snow conditions and much more to help get you settled in and organised for the next day's skiing.
Our resort manager will visit you in your chalet to arrange your ski passes and will be available during your stay with us to help in any way.
Our MD, Dave Beattie, will visit you on your first evening to inform you of ski lesson timings. You will also be taken to our ski hire department in Chalet Nicola where you will be fitted with skis and boots so you are ready to enjoy some superb skiing first thing on Sunday morning.
From your first contact with our UK office to make initial holiday enquiries, both our office and resort based staff are there to do everything possible to make sure that you have the best ski holiday experience ever.
Relax, enjoy your holiday and we will take care of everything else.
Chalet Staff Day Off
Our chalet staff enjoy one day off each week and on this day breakfast and a home-baked cake will be laid out for you in your chalet the night before. A fresh delivery of baguettes, croissant and pain au chocolat will be made by the local bakery in the morning. In the evening there are many local restaurants to be sampled. Your chalet staff will be delighted to advise you on selection and to book a table for you.
