We just wanted to tell you what a fantastic holiday we had with your
company in Le Praz last week. The weather came up trumps, and
apart from a couple of snowy days, the sunshine arrived on cue every
morning. The transfers worked smoothly despite a couple of plane delays
in the UK and the chalet staff, Vicki, Patch and Andy looked after
us very well in Chalet Roger. The food was fantastic and the
sweets on the pillow every day were a lovely touch.
The instructors on our lessons were first class and I think
we all learned a lot. Jill. the non-skier, has caught the
skiing bug now and can't wait till next time.

Having left the chalet in a bit of a rush I didn’t have time
to fill in the feedback form. However, I thought I would get
in touch to say that we all had a FANTASTIC time. My email inbox
is full of messages from my friends saying how much they enjoyed it.
We had great weather which always helps but in addition to this we
had seamless transfers to and from the station, really nice and helpful
staff in the chalet and the food was great and plentiful. Nothing
seemed to be too much trouble and the chalet was immaculate and spotlessly
clean.
The ski and boot hire was great and so easy compared to other companies
we have travelled with. The ski tuition was superb. Many thanks
to Rob and Marie and the other chalet guests were great fun and a
pleasure to spend time with.
As a returning skivo2 customer myself I will definitely book again
and I think that my five friends would do the same. Thanks for all

Dave and Staff, My party would like to thank all at skivo2 for the
excellent holiday they have just enjoyed .The professionalism and
courtesy shown by skivo2 staff during the week was exceptional and
while I don't think you can claim responsibility for the excellent
state of the snow and the lack of others on the piste it all made
for a great holiday.
You will note that we have booked Chalet Roger for next March and
hope that Andy ,Patch and Vicky will come with it, they were a great

Just a quick message to say that we really enjoyed our week in the
chalet Orchis in Feb/Mar. Tom and Haley looked after us very
well with good food, advice and any help we needed. Travel to
and from the chalet went very smoothly - as did our flights. The group
of people we shared the chalet with were good fun and contributed
to our enjoyment of the week.
The lessons too were good and I think I made some progress.
So, all in all, we were well pleased and will certainly consider another

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all the effort that you
and your team put into making last week a really valuable and enjoyable
experience for me. This was only my second trip with Skivolution yet
all things being equal I really don't think that I could see myself
skiing in future with any other company, given the choice. I noticed
a hard-to-define 'feel good' atmosphere around the team that starts
with Tracey in the UK office and follows right through every aspect
of the holiday - a combination of professionalism, attention to detail,
good humour and a genuine interest in people and desire to help them
achieve what they were there for. At times it felt more like being
with a big group of friends (including the team) than with a bunch
of strangers. I'm not sure how you've achieved all that and more,
but I admire it and would certainly unreservedly encourage other skiing
friends to try Skivolution for themselves.
I found Pat's instruction really helpful and managed to start to unlearn
many years worth of bad habits! He is a very patient instructor indeed
and I found him totally focused on helping us to get it right in an
incredibly upbeat way. I'm sure there were times he must have felt
like pulling his hair out but it never showed! His exhaustive supply
of skiing analogies certainly helped me to get it wonderfully right
once or twice - that's all I need to encourage me to keep on working
on it and enjoying it. Sadly I never got to say goodbye properly to
Pat - if you remember next time you see him I'd be really grateful
if you'd pass on my big thanks to him for all his help, humour and
patience.
As I said, it was Marie back in March in Courchevel who sowed the
seed in my thoughts about coming to Kaprun and had she not done so
I doubt that I would have considered that it was for me. If you are
looking to encourage more intermediate-level skiers to do a week such
as the Kaprun week, nothing beats a little personal encouragement
from someone who knows both how the person skis and what is on offer.
Anyway, it was really good to meet you, my best wishes to you and
all the team and I'm looking forward to February already. Sarah

We returned last Saturday from our skivo2 holiday in Courcevel and
it was fantastic. I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you that
we had a fabulous time and can't thank Russell and Evie enough for
their service during the week. They were so incredibly friendly and
helpful and they helped make it one of our best ski holidays ever.
All the staff at skivo2 were incredible from Blake fitting our skis,
Liz making sure everything was in order and Rob, Izzy and Matt who
helped us all improve in our skiing.
Thank you again for your help during the planning stage, if we go
back to Courcevel (which we hope we will), we will definitely book

It’s been a week since I got back from France and it seems like an eternity. I just want to thank you and all the skivo2 staff for making it a great holiday. Chalet Roger was great. Good accommodation, great staff and really nice guests. I’d like to thank Andy for catering so well for my peculiar diet. The food was fabulous everyday. Thanks to Vicki who was a great hostess. She also very kindly lent me her ski goggles when mine disintegrated. I would have missed my first lesson if she hadn’t come to my rescue.Thanks also to Mhairi, who was a great instructor. She got us to do stuff that we (the group) probably wouldn’t have done without her encouragement. It gave me a great feeling of achievement to have done a couple of black runs and some lovely off piste powder skiing especially since I hadn’t skied for a few years. What a great week Alex and I had last week in Chalet Roger. Tracey, as always, arranged everything quickly and efficiently and without fuss. It’s so refreshing to be able to pick up the phone or send an email and get an instant answer or decision and not have to wade through layers of bureaucracy. Chalet Roger is an excellent addition. Its location is perfect and the facilities are excellent. Vicki, Andy and Patch did a great job and looked after us really well. Blake sorted us out with good kit. He always has a smile and is more than happy to share his knowledge with you. Marie – she did the business. The snow was brilliant (I realise she wasn’t responsible for that!) and she made sure we got the most out of it. She gave us all the technique and confidence to get down some pretty steep and deep stuff and I can honestly say I skied more off piste last week than I’ve done in all my previous ski trips combined. Dave, I’ve struggled for a long time to make progress with my skiing and felt stuck on a plateau. However, I feel that the three SPC courses that I have done have really moved me on and I really feel I’ve made more progress in the last 3 years that I’d made in the previous 23 years. Best wishes. This holiday was our third time in Courchevel with skivo2 . We stayed in Chalet Nicola for the second time which was fab - Nickki and Ed were superb, the accommodation, food and instruction were excellent - you can't fault it. Great snow conditions too, we will be going back next year definitely. Once you've had a skiing holiday with skivo 2 you won't want to go with anybody else, they are highly recommended. We normally only go skiing once a year but from next year we will be going to Courchevel with skivo2 twice a year as they know how to make your time skiing enjoyable and the instruction is top class thanks to Dave and team for a fab time. I've finally managed to find some time to write this email to skivo2
to say a huge thank you for the most wonderful holiday. Firstly you
Tracey for all your help and advice from our initial contact right
through. It's always a bit daunting trying to arrange a holiday over
the internet and make sure everything ties up, but with your help
it all worked out perfectly.
Gill was our host and again very helpful and Donna was our chef. What
an amazing chef she was, we obviously felt very spoilt and on occasions
had to turn down the offer of canapés and port & stilton!
She catered brilliantly with my diet and Jays, which again can be
a bother. Also Donna was very familiar with the resort so some sound
recommendations for places to grab a drink etc were great.
Dougie our handyman/driver for the week made sure we were always looked
after, even racing us up to see Santa on Christmas eve! As for all
our instructors they were just brilliant, I was in the group with
Georgina teaching us and from my point of view I just couldn't have
skied like that without her, she gave me confidence in my abilities
and just made the whole experience fun and informative. My boys did
so well too with Jay moving up a group by the end of the week and
Cameron hot on Georgie’s heels over the jumps! The other members
of the family who have previously skied, were very impressed too and
said the lessons were the best they'd ever had.The resort, the chalet,
the people, skivo2 were exceptional and we thank you all so much.
So now it's back here in the Lakes with all this snow, we recover
from stiff knees, and it's back to reality and work.We will save up

for yet another great skivo2 holiday. It certainly never disappoints
us and everything was as good as it could be. Our chalet staff were
great and Chris can certainly cook!! Our lessons were fantastic as

My main reason for writing is the events surrounding the strike last
Monday. It was very disappointing to hear the news that morning but
before we had time to think you had arranged transfers to Meribel,
re-scheduled all the lessons for the Wednesday and we hardly noticed
any inconvenience. We had friends staying in 1850 with another ski
company and they had nothing like that level of service and indeed
lost a days skiing. Clearly these events were beyond your control
and as such your response was way beyond what was required of you.
It speaks volumes for you and your company that you went out your
way to ensure our holiday was minimally disrupted and just adds to
the complete package that skivo2 offers.
Thank you hardly seems to do it justice but everyone in Yale that
week was very impressed and I just wanted to let you know. We look
forward to introducing some new friends in Easter and am sure they
