Access to our chalets on arrival day is from 15:00hrs onwards. If you arrive earlier you are welcome to deposit your luggage in the garage/hallway and then explore the local area. There is a free ski bus which connects the Courchevel villages.
On departure day please vacate your bedroom by 10:00hrs. If you wish to ski on your day of departure you are then welcome to use an area in the chalet to change out of your ski gear at the end of skiing.
Sapin Bleu was built in the autumn of 2012 to its owner’s specification and sits in the centre of the village with the shops and bars being only a very short stroll away. The first floor of the chalet is given over to a large and stylish open plan entertaining area – it is composed of an impressive lounge opening onto two terraces (one having expansive views over the valley and the other terrace being private and enclosed) and also has an open log fire. There is a modern dining area with plush designer furniture.

Location
Located in a quiet road in the main area of Le Praz the chalet is only a couple of minutes walk from the gondola/lift station, local pubs, hotel, restaurants and shops.
Staff
Chef/Host (one member of staff) lives out. The Chef/Host is assisted on a number of weeks in the season but on some week will run the chalet on their own.
Chalet Parking
Please note that we do not have allocated parking spaces at our chalets. We have a limited number of parking spaces in resort and parking spaces are reserved strictly on a first booked basis. You may be allocated a parking space at another chalet. If all parking spaces have been allocated you can book a parking space at The Alpinium in Le Praz (covered, payable parking and subject to availability). A chalet parking space should be requested at the time of paying your holiday deposit. Your chalet parking space will be reserved from early evening on your day of arrival until late afternoon on your day of departure (as the majority of guests driving choose to ski on their departure day). If you arrive earlier and your parking space is still occupied by departing guests (and no other skivo parking space is available) then we invite you to park at The Alpinium for the day.
We made some changes to our catering services prior to the 2019/20 season. This has now been tweaked slightly and will continue into the forthcoming seasons. This change is industry wide and is in line with other ski operators.

Hot chocolate is also available to help yourself too each day and a pot of warming vin chaud will be available on one afternoon when you return from skiing - please heat up and enjoy with a slice of delicious cake

Dear Tracey. Just wanted to say what a wonderful holiday we had recently. Chalet Sapin Bleu was a fabulous chalet (real luxury) and my friends and I are keen to return next season. I think what made it so good was all the friendly help from the very start, to getting there and getting skis etc sorted out. The chalet staff were great and the quality of the food was just amazing. A big shout out to Andy our ski instructor who really helped to improve our skiing with excellent tuition and endless patience. A big thank you to all, from yourself right the way through.
Very belated thanks for another amazing week with skivo last month! We had an amazing time with superb conditions. Everything was great – loved Sapin Bleu – especially our amazing room! The 2 ladies who looked after us were great hosts and a credit to the company – all very efficient and calm – lovely food and surroundings. We very much enjoyed our tuition with Amy – she was great with her group of ladies. The boys enjoyed their tuition too! It was their first time with skivo and he was very impressed by the whole set-up . Thanks too to all the other skivo staff in the ski room and Lynn of course. So many thanks for all your efficient handling of bookings etc and you will see that I have sent you an email looking to book for next year! Hi Tracey, we’re back from our first week with skivo2and just wanted to say what an amazing week we had in Sapin Bleu. Our host and chef were a delight and made everyday special for us. The level of ski tuition was also great and the kids enjoyed every minute! We were looked after so well and the food was just fabulous. We’ll be back for sure next year.
