Our chalet programme is
very similar to last year with one exciting addition, we've secured
Chalet Roger, a ten bedroom (twenty-two person) fully en suite chalet
situated in the middle of Le Praz and only three minutes from the gondola
station. This means we are able to offer en suite facilities in all
of our chalets - visit Chalet Roger

Chalet Murettes and Chalet Orchis were built in 1998 and have been part of the skivo2 chalet portfolio ever since and remain very popular with many of our guests. Almost mirror images of each other and spread over four levels, the chalets are adjoined to each other and are of a traditional pine log construction. They are decorated throughout with internal pine beams providing both properties with a true chalet feel which is further enhanced by the setting of the chalets amongst the tree covered moutainside. There is an interconnecting door between the chalets (normally kept locked) which makes these two properties ideal for larger groups of twenty-six (or slightly more by arrangement).
On the first floor of the chalets you will find the lounge with its
cosy open hearth log fireplace along with an open plan kitchen / dining
room where you can watch your chef at work as those delicious dinners
are conjured up each evening. There is also a communal wc on this
level. Moving up to the second floor of the chalets there are a mixture
of twin and double bedrooms all of which are fully ensuite with shower
rooms. On the third floor of the chalet there are additional twin
eaves bedrooms. The larger twin bedroom on this floor has an ensuite
bathroom with the two remaining small twin eaves bedrooms sharing
a communal bathroom and separate wc on this floor.
Both chalets offer almost full ensuite facilities and are equipped
with DVD, TV and music system.

Location
Located just above the main piste in the mountainside Quartier des Chalets, you can ski back to within 100 metres of both chalets and access to the gondola for beginners is very easy and involves very little walking indeed. Simply cross the road in front of the chalet and then take a service elevator down to La Tania centre and the gondola station is a minutes walk at the bottom of the piste.
